Edward P. Pfister III has lived most of his life in North Royalton moving there at the age of 5. He attended North Royalton High School and later graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Computer Science. Ed joined Pfister Insurance in 1986 as the third generation in the family business following his father and grandfather. He took over the ownership of the agency in 2004 after his father’s retirement. Ed still lives in North Royalton with his wife Laurie and their two children Samantha and Edward IV. Hobbies include soccer both playing and coaching his son’s travel team, attending sporting events, flea marketing and collecting antique fishing lures. Both Ed and his father are licensed auctioneers and enjoy doing all types of auctions including many charity sales throughout the year.

Pete Rein has been a licensed independent agent with the Pfister Insurance Agency since 2002. He is licensed for Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Health Insurance. Prior to joining the Pfister family he spent 22 years managing customer service departments in the manufacturing and transportation industries. He resides in Medina and has three daughters. His hobbies include music, sports and literature.

Laura has been in management since 1990;  beginning in the HVAC Industry followed by the Heavy Highway Construction, before joining the Pfister team in January of 2005 as Office Manager licensed in Property and Casualty.  She takes pleasure in working in a fast-paced office with a diligent and loyal staff as well as a variety of clients and business associates.

Laura was born and raised in Brook Park, Ohio and now lives in Strongsville with her family and loving rescued dog.  During her free time she enjoys cooking, music, nature, and most outdoor activities that include fishing, hiking, gardening, golfing, and sports. 

Renee L. Kusznier has been an employee of Pfister Insurance for over 23 years. A licensed agent in Property and Casualty insurance Renee originally handled Personal and Commercial claims for 15 years. She now services Personal line customers with last names from PE through Z. She continues to handle Commercial claims. Renee resides with her husband John and 2 Jack Russell Terriers. She has a daughter Jennifer and son in law Jeff who also live locally. Some of Renee’s hobbies are reading, cooking, exercise, and entertaining family and friends. Her passion is bargain shopping for clothes and shoes.

Jean Biggs joined the Pfister family in June of 2012, as their Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1997, with most of those years spent working in commercial insurance. She graduated from Mankato State University, with majors in social work and correctional counseling and has also taken accounting classes. Jean migrated to the Cleveland area in 1989, from Minnesota, and has lived in the North Royalton area since then. She is most happy to assist you with your commercial insurance needs.

Lynn Thomas has worked in the Insurance Industry since 1999 as a licensed agent in Property and Casualty, Life, Accident and Health. Lynn joined the Pfister Insurance Agency in April of 2015 as a Sales and Customer Service Representative, servicing our clients with last names A through G. She takes pride in listening to each client’s concerns and accommodating them with what best fits their insurance needs. She strives in building relationships with our clients and assisting them with protecting what is most important to them, such as family.

Lynn is originally from Chardon, Ohio and has two brothers. She has lived on the west side of Cleveland for over 25 years and currently resides in Seven Hills. Lynn has a son, Ben, and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sergey joined Pfister in 2023. Growing up in Parma Ohio, he attended Bowling Green State University and received a bachelor’s degree in biology. In 2018, he received his Property and Casualty insurance license and has experience advising and servicing clients in personal and commercial lines. In his free time he is an avid Dungeons and Dragons player, big local music supporter, and loves showing his coworkers weird shows on Netflix. He currently lives in Bowling Green with his cat Florie.
