Rental Income Property

Rental Income Property Insurance

A rental income property policy is for those who own rental dwellings used solely for residential purposes with up to four rental units in each building. The dwelling policy may be tailored with optional or additional coverages to fit your insurance needs.



Standard Coverage

  • Coverage for many types of damage and for many causes of loss or damage (subject to exclusions) to the dwelling and separate structures, such as a detached garage
  • Coverage for loss of rent while the structure is uninhabitable due to a covered loss



Optional Coverage

  • Premises Liability - Pays when you're legally liable for someone else's bodily injury or property damage resulting from an accident, or negligent acts by you
  • Medical Payments - Pays medical sosts for people injured at the premises, regardless of liability
  • Personal Property - Property you have on premises that is owned by you and not the renter
